Hirter Zwickl is defined by its natural cloudiness, which ensures that all of the beer’s flavor components remain fully intact. The residual yeast is seamlessly integrated into the beer’s full-bodied character, while still allowing the intentionally delicate yeast notes to shine both on the nose and on the first sip.

As with all Hirter specialty beers, we use only water from our 24 mountain springs. This soft, crystal-clear spring water is naturally ideal for brewing and requires no treatment before use. For shelf stability, we rely on a gentle double filtration process that preserves the beer’s pure, natural flavor.

Thanks to its low carbonation, Hirter Zwickl finishes exceptionally smooth and wonderfully easy to drink. Ein frisch gezapftes Hirter Zwickl ist einfach ein besonderer Genuss.
