Hirter Kräuterradler is a true celebration of the natural taste of home. It is made from equal parts of our multi-award-winning Hirter Vollbier and a refreshing herbal soft drink—the exact recipe of which remains a well-kept secret of the Hirt Master Brewer. Here’s what we can reveal: In addition to Alpine gentian and sage, local elderberry plays a key role in the delicious blend. Coriander and ginger add a refined, flavorful accent.

As with all Hirter specialty beers, we use only water from our 24 mountain springs. This soft, crystal-clear spring water is naturally ideal for brewing and requires no treatment before use. For shelf stability, we rely on a gentle double filtration process that preserves the beer’s pure, natural flavor.

Even the carbon dioxide used is natural CO₂ obtained directly from the brewing process. The full, gently sweet, and pleasantly tart flavor is what makes Hirter Kräuterradler so special. Der Hirter Kräuterradler enthält keinen künstlichen Zuckerzusatzstoff!
