Hirterleben means: taking your time – and enjoying the moment with all your senses. Start your Hirter journey of enjoyment with regionally rooted cuisine in the Hirter Braukeller and a variety of special beer specialties from the Hirter Bierathek, our on-site brewery shop. On our tours and courses, you will experience how our Hirter beer is created from time, origin, and genuine conviction.
