Awards and certificates:

Hirter bock beer is a specialty with centuries of brewing tradition. Hirter Rubin Bock stands apart from other bock beers not only through its distinctive red hue, but also through its exceptionally long conditioning period of at least six months. Its unmistakable color results from a refined composition of several carefully selected malt varieties.

As with all Hirter specialty beers, we use only water from our 24 mountain springs. This soft, crystal-clear spring water is naturally ideal for brewing and requires no treatment before use. For shelf stability, we rely on a gentle double filtration process that preserves the beer’s pure, natural flavor.
