Hirter Herbstkult is a seasonal, naturally cloudy specialty beer brewed exclusively for the restaurant and hospitality sector. A special malt gives the beer its brown, wild-honey hue, while the addition of Pilsner malt provides a harmonious balance. Its gentle bitterness – measured at 26 bitter units and never lingering harshly on the palate – comes from the use of Hallertauer Select and Mühlviertler Perle aroma hops.

As with all Hirter specialty beers, we use only water from our 24 mountain springs. This soft, crystal-clear spring water is naturally ideal for brewing and requires no treatment before use. For shelf stability, we rely on a gentle double filtration process that preserves the beer’s pure, natural flavor.
