Hirter Hello is brewed with the finest Austrian malting barley and two carefully selected malt varieties. Together, they create a bright golden specialty beer with a balanced and harmonious character. Its four-week conditioning period allows Hirter Hello to mature completely naturally.
As with all Hirter specialty beers, we use only water from our 24 mountain springs. This soft, crystal-clear spring water is naturally ideal for brewing and requires no treatment before use. For shelf stability, we rely on a gentle double filtration process that preserves the beer’s pure, natural flavor.
The purest aroma hops provide a subtle bitterness that never overwhelms. Gentle carbonation and a high degree of drinkability define the character of Hirter Hello. Smooth and refreshing on the palate, it finishes mild, balanced, and wonderfully easy to enjoy.
