For the Hirt Beerique Limited Edition, a specially brewed Hirt strong beer is aged for a further five months in a fine-grained barrique whiskey oak barrel with light toasting. Storage takes place under perfect conditions in the centuries-old cellar of Privatbrauerei Hirt.

Hirt 1270, with its characteristic amber glint, is unpasteurised, GMO-free and thus completely natural. Responsible for its colour is the gently toasted, caramelised brewing malt.

The royal brand of the Hirt brewery is – like all Hirt beer varieties – unpasteurised, GMO-free and thus completely natural. Soft and slender on the nose and harmoniously bitter on the finish.

Hirt Märzen is brewed with Carinthian malting barley, is mild in carbonic acid but concise in extract, has a light full-bodied start and a mature round finish.
This beer-infused classic can be used universally. Especially recommended with Bern hot dogs, Wiener Schnitzel, cordon bleu and boiled fillet of beef.

Really dark.
Characteristic of Hirt Morchl is the malty, rather dry nose and the differentiated taste sensation on the palate despite the predominant malt tone. For a malt beer, an unusually lean, even slightly bitter finish.

The natural yeast turbidity makes Hirt Zwickl particularly full-bodied. The fine yeast tones on the nose are perfected by an incredibly round and drinkable finish.
