Hirt Private Brewery is one of the oldest breweries in Austria. Brewing has been a true passion at Hirt for 750 years. One thing has always stood clearly in the foreground: the quality of the beers. We pamper our guests with culinary delights in rustic, well-kept beer parlours and larger spaces. Whether it's a family celebration or a wedding with up to 120 people on our "malting floor", a company party or simply a round of beers after a long day at work – the rustic Braukeller, or Brewery Cellar, provides the right ambience for every occasion and is a must for all beer lovers.

With a total retail area of over 300 square metres, the Hirt Bierathek is one of the largest brewery shops in Austria. Products include the entire range of Hirt Private Brewery, from beer to accessories, as well as delicacies from the Braukeller and specialities and treats from central Carinthia and the Alpe-Adria region.

The Hirt GenussTheken are the place to go to get advice and exchange ideas in the epicurean world. Gourmets with a taste for regional, high-quality and honest products will find a very special shopping experience here. In the two GenussTheken we operate at present, we offer gourmets in Carinthia a true world of pleasure centred around wine, beer, the finest spirits, refreshing soft drinks and regional delicacies.
