For our Hirter Biohanfbier, we only use select raw materials, preferably from Austrian growers. The originally sourced hemp from Carinthia fits in perfectly with the overall flavor and makes for a particularly mellow-sweet finish, enhanced by a delicate carbonic acid structure.
